I just don't understand this, Microsoft could make a lot more money this way. Blu-ray is eventually going to be the standard format anyway, why not give it a go. You know Microsoft definitely has the money for it. I'm just confused why they haven't done this add on yet, this is Microsoft's response.

In addition, people have access to 12,000 films and TV episodes on Netflix Instant watch. And coming this fall, Xbox LIVE will launch digital movies with instant on 1080p HD streaming so you can experience the best video quality with no disc, no download and no delay."
